My Brief Backstory

"SuperSize" Me at 203!
My 59th birthday was one of the worst days of my life.
That was when my then husband and I got in a huge fight…which later led to us splitting up. 
He was complaining that I was so flabby, tired, and slow that I was ruining his “Golden Years”…and I didn’t take it well.
But later on, as I sat alone in my new apartment (we ended up just selling the condo) I realized…
He had a point.
I was NOT the active, energetic, happy woman he first married.
In fact, I could hardly recognize myself in the mirror anymore.
So that’s when I scheduled an appointment with my doctor and made a commitment to myself. I was going to take my life back. 
 
After all…I still had my daughter to think about, and I still wanted to set a good example for her.

The Only Problem was...

I’d seen my doctor every year and had the usual blood panels done; and of course for the last three years all those numbers were increasing… 
 
My doctor was really beginning to worry about the A1C numbers (a pre-diabetic indicator). He was concerned about this and told me that lowering my weight was a must and could decrease all of these swiftly.
 
Because of my weight, I was miserable and depressed. I wasn’t very active, and I couldn’t do most of what I wanted to do…
 
Following the new diet plan my doctor gave me was a real battle of the wills. (If you’re like me, you’ve noticed that it’s harder to manage your diet as you get older. It’s much harder, so I’ll bet you can relate to my story)
 
Some days, I’d come home feeling stressed out and be unable to resist the urge to binge eat. Despite the remorse I felt afterward, progress was slower than a sloth on a leisurely stroll.
 
Then, in the hopes of shedding some pounds and toning my body, I joined a nearby gym for “active adults.”I put in a lot of effort, feeling sore and exhausted after every workout, but progress was excruciatingly slow.
 
It was incredibly frustrating to put in so much effort and see such little results.
 
I tried everything, yoga, running, even spin classes, hoping to find something that would work.
 
And when my personal trainer said “abs are made in the kitchen” I went back to focusing on my diet.
 
But, despite my best efforts, the results just didn’t seem to show up. It was beyond frustrating, and it made me feel like I was never going to succeed.
 
I started to lose hope and wondered if all of this hard work was even worth it.

I Was Getting Desperate and Ready to Try ANYTHING…

As if it was a sign from above, something strange happened to me while I was at the mall.
 
 I came across a man and a woman, who seemed to have just gone on a shopping spree. The woman was carrying so many bags that I could barely see her face. From the looks of it, they had purchased an entire new wardrobe, and it was all for her.
 
Her sundress was far too large for her, and it looked like it was about to slip off her shoulders any minute.
 
But the weirdest part was that I recognized her!
 
It took me a second, but I soon realized that she was my old High School friend Kayla. However, she was now half the size she used to be.
 
Kayla used to be a very kind person, but she was always self-conscious about her weight. She would hide in the back of group photos because of her “puffiness.”
 
So to see her looking like a model in a magazine was shocking and somewhat unfair.
 
But then, she recognized me too and approached me.
 
She asked about my well-being, and when I started talking, I couldn’t hold back my tears. 
 
Kayla and her boyfriend were kind enough to take me aside and help me calm down. 
 
Once I explained everything, they exchanged a knowing glance, and Kayla wrote something on a piece of paper. She handed it to me with a sly grin and said that it would change my life forever.
 
Later, when I got to my car, I stared out the window, I knew I only had two choices:
 
1. Continue to worry about what to eat, how much to exercise and how to hide my shame.
 
2. Take the time to watch the whole video Kayla just shared with me about this “Nobel-Winning Secret” and see if it could transform me.
 
I went with #2, choosing to invest the time to watch the whole video and see if it could work for me. Besides, I had nothing to lose.
 
I had no idea that this trick would transform my life in ways I never thought possible. I followed her advice to the letter and then I started to see results right away.
 
My body went through a complete transformation that I never imagined was possible.
 
I went from 203 pounds to 199, then 180, then 166, and finally down to 129. 
 
I was completely shocked by how fast and effective this simple secret was!

There’s only one way to find out for sure…but I can tell you this:
 
At first, I was really skeptical too because I had already tried out so many different things to get my weight in check, but this method turned out to be the real deal – the only one that actually worked for me!
 
It is NOT our fault that we are skeptical, experience makes us want to raise an eyebrow and just walk away. I thought about it. But something told me to go ahead and try it. SO GLAD I DID.
 
You can feel healthier, fitter, (and even sexier!) than you have ever felt in your life. There is beauty in each and everyone of us, no matter what shape we take. But this shape, the healthier one, really looks fantastic on me!
